Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hour's notice are non-refundable, except in verified emergencies (evaluated case by case).

No-shows will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Refunds

All services are non-refundable once delivered.
If you are unsatisfied with your session, please contact us within 24 hours

of the appointment. We may offer a follow-up or alternative resolution at our discretion—but no monetary refunds will be issued.

Refunds will not be given for:

a) Change of mind

b) Lack of expected outcomes

c) Disagreement with the guidance shared

Technical Errors

If your session is disrupted due to technical issues (e.g., poor connectivity, audio/video failure) on our side, we will reschedule your session at no extra cost.
